It is important to know standard of living because you can know how people are educated,wealthy,healthy,or their infrastructure. It is important to understand it because if you go to live in a place you should know their standard of living before living there. The standard of living also affects how well you are treated in an area. If they only have .78 doctors per 1000 people that isn't going to treat you as well as a place with 3.5 doctors per 1000 people. The economics and standard of living can be associated with the 5 themes of geography by using human and environment interaction. People may have to tend or change their land to make it livable because one of your basic needs in standard of living is a home/shelter. You can associate 5 themes with standard of living by using HEI. How does analyzing the world with the five themes of geography help people better understand connections between people and the earth? Explain why you think this.. The reason we have 5 themes is to know everything about the world. If you noticed that everything in the world has a categories in 5 themes. Which of the themes is most difficult to understand? Explain why you think this. Region was the most difficult part of 5 themes for me to understand.It was difficult to understand because the example to help us understand was very confusing.

What do you find easy about basic map skills? Why do you find it easy? I find latitude and longitude easy, I find it easy because look for the place find the lines and line them up. What did/do you struggle with most about basic map skills? Why do you find it more difficult? What makes it more difficult? I struggle with drawing latitude and longitude lines on a paper that is smaller than the actual size with a scale.It makes it more difficult because you have to calculate and it is very confusing and It is difficult. Why are basic map skills necessary? How do they help you better understand geography? Basic map skills are important because they help you better understand a map. They help you by giving you a better understanding of how the map works.
